By signing below, I hereby acknowledge that in registering and attending an event with The Little Makerspace, I understand I and/or my child will be photographed.

I authorize The Little Makerspace to photograph, and/or videotape and then use, reproduce, and publish the images and videos of me and/or my child/children for commercial purposes and usage including but not limited to promotional materials, publications on the internet, magazines, journals, books, articles, etc. provided it is for lawful purposes.

I acknowledge that when tagging The Little Makerspace in any of my own personal postings on the internet,  I consent to The Little Makerspace being able to repost the material, as well as to use those photos and/or videos in promotional and marketing materials.

I hereby release all rights to any, but not limited to, claims, rights, demands and/or any causes of action by me or my representatives, heirs or anyone else.

Furthermore, I waive my rights to any royalty or any other compensation with regards to any sort for the usage of these photos.
